Industrial Design.
Automotive
Blender modelling (track day speed form experiment).
Transportation/Logistics
EV motorhome (chassis conversion) for private client. Interior styling and amenities reference directly from luxury displacement yachts and private jets.
Cutlery Challenge
This project was submitted to the renderweekly design challenge. I designed this contemporary dinnerware set in Rhino 3D and generated the stills in Keyshot.
Skala Drinkware Collection
I created this drink set in order to see how much function could be embedded in a single part. By integrating the handle and cup into a single ceramic piece there is an opportunity to add strength and reduce production cost and time.
Polaris 3D Galvoscanner*
*Entering production mid 2021.
Design work for PMDi. Created the external cladding for their newest line of laser scanning instruments. More about the project here.
Modular Seating [4th year]
The following post covers the research topic for my 4th year BID thesis project which was sponsored by the Ingenium Foundation, an overseeing body for museums in Ottawa.
The job for our team was to create accessible furniture for the newly built Canadian Science and Technology Museum (CSTM) which officially opened its doors in November, 2017.
As the room is a giant rotunda I gave the armrests a 15 degree offset to allow the benches to bend with the curvature of the room.
The benches may be arranged in a variety of ways including directly back to back. No moving parts or tight gaps were allowed for safety precautions.

1/4 Sheet Finishing Sander [3rd year]
Consolidate [ kuhn-sol-i-deyt ]
to bring together (separate parts) into a single or unified whole; unite; combine
This sander was created to simplify the messy components in a typical power tool package. Dust enters the hopper via forward mounted channels connected to the motor’s suction fan.
Utility Knife
A modern take on a common weapon in the designer’s arsenal. I designed this knife set to learn how to create knurled metal surfaces in Rhino and experiment with simplistic shapes.
